Путин присвоил главе Газпрома Миллеру звание Героя труда ко дню рождения

Указ опубликован на официальном портале правовой информации. Звание присвоено с формулировкой «За особые трудовые заслуги перед государством и народом». 31 января Миллер будет праздновать 60-летие.

 

Миллер возглавляет «Газпром» с 2001 года. В начале 1990-х он работал в Комитете по внешним связям мэрии Петербурга, председателем которого был Владимир Путин.

 

В 2016 году Миллер получил орден «За заслуги перед Отечеством» I степени. «Ведомости» отмечали, что глава «Газпрома» стал первым бизнесменом в истории, получившим эту награду.

Дело не в том, что ко дню рождения человеку присваивают высокую награду — в другой ситуации мог быть и приговор. Проблема в том, что государством овладела сплоченная группа лиц, которые вполне искренне считают, что это — по заслугам, и Россия действительно должна принадлежать им вся без остатка. И они с этой несчастной Россией вольны делать все, что им заблагорассудится.

 

На этом фоне звезда героя или высший орден — просто мелочь, пустяк.

 

Ну правда, за что?

 

Миллер не создавал Газпром — эта честь принадлежит Черномырдину и отчасти Вяхиреву. Миллер не реформировал газпром. Он просто им управляет от лица государства.

 

Официальная зарплата Миллера в Газпроме, по сообщениям СМИ, около 27 миллионов долларов в год. Еще примерно столько же в советах директоров дочерних компаний, например, 2 миллиона в Газпромбанке. То есть только «по-белому» полсотни миллионов долларов в год. Еще раз напомню — он не владелец, он государственный управляющий государственной компании.

 

21 во главе такой компании — это аккурат миллиард долларов. То есть можно стать легальным миллиардером на государственной должности, получая зарплату. А говорят у нас зарплаты низкие…

 

Логично. В советское время валовый продукт считался в щтуках — тысяч тонн стали, кубометров леса, тонн угля… Тот, кто добывал, скажем, необычайно много угля, как Стаханов, получал звание Героя социалистического труда.

 

Но в наступлением рыночных времен вал стали считать в рублях или долларах — валовый внутренний продукт. И вполне логично, что Ге6роем труда стал тот, кто добыл больше всех денег. Миллиардер — Герой труда.
